WJG Injection Solution Tank Product Description:

This series of containers is suitable for concentration/dilution in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank body is equipped with a sandwich layer, which can be heated and cooled. The inner surface is polished with electrolytic mirror finish, and the head (conical) is processed by spinning and meets GMP standards.

1. This series of containers has heating and insulation functions, and are manufactured, pressure tested, and accepted according to the "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Containers".

2. There are various sizes ranging from 100L to 10000L for you to choose from, and we can also design and process according to the actual needs of customers.

3. The sealing of the mixing shaft adopts imported sanitary mechanical seals, and the reducer is selected from Germany's Flender or SEW. The mixing speed is 36-53 revolutions per minute. Variable frequency drive can also be used for control.

4. The interface adopts the internationally recognized ISO standard quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported 316L or 304.

5. The tank body is equipped with a liquid level gauge (non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmission or glass tube type), an air respirator, a sterilization steam port, a thermometer (digital or dial type), a C1P universal can washer, a light hole sight glass, several inlet and outlet ports, and a manhole.

6. Internal material: SUS316L (imported from Japan)

Internal smoothness: 0.28-0.45nm
